2011 Designers Calendar by Vasare

So before Xmas I had this project in uni where we had to pick a graphic design issue be it sustainability, ethics, entrepreneurship, or technology and create any kind of publication to present the issue you have chosen. My idea was to create a calendar for Designers called ‘What BAD graphic design habit you going to give up this year’. So then I illustrated 12 different issues (for every month)  together with a hand written type. Sorry about the photo quality;)

Limited series of five posters about typography and graphic design!

Hey , what a nice day! snow everywhere, nice cup of tea, and my morning fix of design blogs that I love so much, thought I might share these typographic posters with you as I thought they look pretty class!

Created by Italian designer based in Milano – Italy. The guy is currently working at Zetalab studio and is interested in any innovative projects, meant to promote the good graphic design culture. Has  passion in everything about Type Design and Typography, so his final degree project at Politecnico di Milano was named lazydog. What about lazydog? Take a look at lazydog website.

He says:“Please don’t ask me to increase the size of your logo, it’s not an extension of your penis. Please don’t ask me to set a text in Arial, Comic Sans or Times New Roman: I’m definitelly not interested on it.”

Posters created in a font called Soho (http://www.fonts.com/FindFonts/detail.htm?pid=438351)

The price of this font familly pack is £1,264.00 GBP nearly as much as my new mac pro! Oh design is expensive at least comic sans is free lol, check out my new blog post in a few days on Graphic design Sustainability.
